Hey there!

You’ve subscribed to this newsletter to learn about becoming a great communicator and storyteller.

That is not going away – it’s evolving.

My former newsletter, Story Maze, becomes It’s a process.

Because being a great communicator isn’t just about tactics like “how to stand” or “what to say.” It’s about something much deeper:

  • Embracing your own story

  • Rewriting the parts that don’t serve you

  • Building stronger, more meaningful relationships—at work, at home, and beyond.

And that’s exactly what I’ll explore going forward in this newsletter.

My mission is to help you understand the drivers behind your communication habits, how to truly connect to yourself and others, and how to live a more fulfilling, healthier life.

You can expect insights on relationships, communication patterns, and the psychology of change.

But why the shift? Here’s the backstory 🧶

Last year, I’ve developed a storytelling workshop called Red Thread – to help people uncover why they do what they do today. A guide to finding their Origin Story.

It was supposed to be a positioning exercise—but it became so much more.

What emerged were raw, personal stories that went beyond business pitches. I started to see how certain beliefs and patterns shape people’s lives.

Many of my clients described the experience as therapeutic. And it was truly fulfilling for me to witness and facilitate this process.

It felt like I had discovered a missing puzzle piece.

Because the best communication starts from the inside out. You can't connect deeply with others unless you connect with yourself first.

That’s when something clicked for me.

I was always drawn to listening to insights from therapists and relationship experts like Esther Perel, Jay Shetty, Matthew Hussey, Brene Brown, and Marissa Peer.

Listening to a 3-hour podcast on these topics felt efortless. I’d then take what I’ve learnt, experiment, and discuss it with my partner and friends.

And that’s why I’m incredibly excited to share all these insights with you, too. I want to help you:

  • truly connect to yourself

  • build strong, fulfilling relationships (with a partner, friend, or at work)

  • do the inner and outer work to live a healthier and happier life

This is not about quick fixes. It’s a process (pun intended).

And I hope you’ll join me on this journey.

P.S: Do you have any burning questions about connection and relationships? Reply to this email and let me know.

Warmly,

–Dominika
